The Monthly Report that is submitted to
the Church Board is divided into 4 sections.

Internal Accounts Section of the Monthly Report
The Internal Account section of the Monthly Board Report includes both a Current Period and a Year-To-Date section and is generally considered to be the most informative section of the Monthly Report. The activity for each Designated Account (Internal Account) is displayed along with the corresponding balance which makes it very simple for Board members to understand where the Church stands financially each month.

The built-in accounts that are designed to get you started. The accounts and categories can be defined by the user and can include any number accounts or categories. Each Account listed is "designated" which means that the funds have been given or set aside for a specific purpose.

The General Operating account within the CHURCH category (first account shown) is the account that receives the Tithe or Non-Designated income and is also the account that pays for most of the regular expenses of the church. (utilities, salaries, etc..) The Total $ Amount represented by the Internal Accounts will be equal to the Total $ Amount available in the Bank Accounts.
