The Expense Account section of the Monthly Board Report includes both a Current Period and a Year-To-Date data and represents what is often referred to as the "Budgets" portion of the Monthly Report.

The expenses portion of the report shows a breakdown of all of the anticipated expenses for the local operations of the church along with a forecasted budget amount for each area.

All categories and accounts can be defined by the user and can include as much or little detail as desired. The accounts can also be sub-categorized or grouped together within each category at the option of the user.
